V4 ATLANTIS · Ram Nagar
Zumba & dance fitness in Roorkee.
Looking for movement with music in Ram Nagar, Roorkee? V4 ATLANTIS offers Zumba and Dance within its group-class programme. The mirrored, timber-floor studio is also used for Yoga, Aerobics and HIIT. Reception is the place to ask which discipline is scheduled for your intended visit.
Choose the session, then the plan
Zumba and Dance are listed as distinct options, so name the activity you want when you enquire. The published early, morning and evening batch windows cover group classes; they do not mean that both activities run every day or in every batch. Ask reception for the current class-specific schedule before building your week around it. Spin takes place in its own studio and can be discussed separately.
Your first visit, or a parent’s enquiry
If you are new to group fitness or returning to it, share your experience and ask about the session format before joining. Comfortable movement clothing and water are sensible preparations; ask reception about footwear and anything else needed for the class. Parents can also enquire about kids’ dance, but should confirm ages, batches, fees and the applicable membership directly. Do not assume the classes-only price applies to kids’ dance.
